• Simulated Mining: Users can manage and upgrade Virtual Miners to earn tokens based on their activity.

• Staking and Rewards: Users may stake tokens to earn additional rewards, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the app.

• Community Commission System: Users can earn commissions through referrals, as outlined in our Community Commission System feature.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, without prior notice.

5. User Conduct

When using MiningUnicorn, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

• Use the app for any fraudulent or malicious activities, including creating fake accounts or manipulating referrals.

• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the app, including by introducing malware or exploiting vulnerabilities.

• Impersonate other users or entities, or provide false information.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you engage in any prohibited activities or violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: MiningUnicorn retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the app, including all related intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app without our prior written consent.

• User Content: By submitting content through the app, such as feedback or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute such content in connection with providing and improving the app.

7. Fees and Payments

• Transaction Fees: Certain activities within MiningUnicorn, such as token transactions or staking, may be subject to fees. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed within the app.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for using the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.
